Sr. Account Executive (m/d/w) - DACH region- Location: Germany (remote)
What are your responsibilities:
You are a driven and enthusiastic individual who is experienced in selling enterprise software solutions and enjoys the responsibility of the full end-to-end sales cycle, but also building the strategic vision & approach within your region. Your main priority is managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts and our Partner Network. As our Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible in leading substantial growth of our business in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region.
To be up for success it is your responsibility to develop and maintain a detailed working knowledge of Accruent’s solutions and stay focused on market conditions, needs and competitor strategies and goals. You will exceed your monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and closing them and by creating and maintaining a sales pipeline (3x target) to ensure over-achievement. Your business development activities exist of building a pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge, in cooperation with our marketing and Business Development Department. You will also collaborate with our Channel Sales team and drive new business opportunities via our Value Added Resellers and Technology Partners.
Other than that, you prospect, forecast, allocate resources and planning of new business deals and ensure daily updates of the Salesforce system with accurate pipeline data. Together with your international colleagues and your local Sales Engineer you will be ready to develop and expand our business in the DACH region.

What you bring to the table:
We are looking for someone with relevant Business Education (e.g. Business, Communications, Engineering), that has about 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales and is native/fluent in both German and English. You are willing to travel, also by car, and therefore need a full driving license.
You will bring a successful history of net new business sales within both direct as indirect sales within the DACH region. Your experience with solution selling, MEDDIC, and coordination of multi-site account management helps you to consistently deliver against targets. Ideally, you already have experience in the industrial, maintenance, and engineering industry.
Also, you bring in strong strategic, analytical and communication skills and are able to build and drive strong relationships with all levels, both internal and external.
